Kyoto to Heizan Bus Timetable

http://www.hieizan.gr.jp/accessnavi/images/pamphlet.pdf - as far as I can see it's some info about transportation between Kyoto and Heizan. But it's japanese only. :( We'd like to take a bus form Keihan Sanjo to Todo area in the morning and in the afternoon return to Demachi-yanagi Station (Eizan Main Line) by Ropeway + Cablecar + Train on 9th or 10th or 11th or 12th of September. So please could someone say what time buses depart from Keihan Sanjo to Heizan in the morning (between 8 and 11 AM)? And what is the closing time of Ropeway@Cablecar? Many thanks in advance!
