Hi there!
I'm looking for an apartment downtown in Tokushima from January 2012 until end of march 2012.
My family includes me and my wife and 1,5 year old son.
We come from Helsinki, Finland
Do you have any good ideas?

That sounds like a challenging task. Regular apartments are never rented for such short terms, and I assume Tokushima is not big enough to have a company that caters to short-term staying foreigners. I think your best chance is Leopalace, a nationwide short-term rental company that has an English webpage, suggesting that they can handle inquiries in English: http://en.leopalace21.com/
