Accommodation in Kumamoto

I will be going on a trip to Kumamoto for three days 2 nights and what i'm wondering about is accommodation.
If it's kyoto or osaka; there are quite many choices to make such as hostels or capsules hostel. But it is Kumamoto so i'm not sure if there's anything like hostel or not. Or there are only hotels?
Can anyone give me advice about this? I want to look for places to stay in Kumamoto for 2 night with low budget :(
