May I know is there any cheaper domestic flight (other than ANA and JAL) that flies from Kushiro to Haneda Airport?

I think best way is to fly from Haneda to Sapporo using cheaper airline such as Skymark. Then take one of those trains which runs from Sapporo to Kushiro (e.g. Super Ozawa). It would take longer time but it seems to be optimized option. Hope it helps. Ray
