Bus timetable Kikonai to Matsumae in 2012

Hello Can anyone suggest about the bus time table from Kikonai to Matsumae, and from Matsumae to Kikonai in year 2012. I found a web site http://hakobus.jp/help.php but there are no English in this web. Thanks in advance.

Departures from Kikonai Station:
6:20, 7;38, 9:00, 12:10, 14:40, 15:20, 19:01
Departures from Matsumae:
6:21, 8:44, 10:37, 12:34, 14:32, 15:52, 18:03
The one way trip takes 100 minutes and costs 1330 yen.
Three of the above buses come from/go to Hakodate.

Does it run like this everyday ?
From Kinonai Jr station, can I just take a bus in front of the JR station ?
