I'm planning to go to FujiQ highland by train from nagoya station. Which is the easiest and fastest traveling route, please help.

As so often, easiest and fastest are not the same.

The easiest would be taking a direct bus:

The fastest would be taking the shinkansen to Mishima (there are direct Hikari trains every 2 hours) and the a bus to Fuji Q Highland. The following details apply to access from Kyoto, but are very similar for access from Nagoya:
