First of all Agaru-nishii means just north-west .
So we can not figure out where you stay later half.

And your spelling is correct
only about
Fushimi Inari Shrine
Kiyomizudera
Sanjusangendo
Mount Koya

We can not figure out what you mean with saying
Arahsimaya
Narashiyma
Check em please , maybe you are trying to say one place ARASHIYAMA.

If you realluy stay quite close to the JR
station of Kyoto rather than KeihanRaiwayStation, here is a recommendation.

Visit To--fukuji first where the two rail way have one station.
After you see the To--fukuji Use keihan rail-way to visit Fushimi Inari Shrine.

Unless you will make a hiking upto the summit of the thousand Torii, You can have much more time left.

Ride north back with Keihan up to station of Shichijo-- (some of locals call NANAjo--) then within 15 minutes walk you can reach Sanjusangendo.

After that or on the next day you can ride the city bus to Kiyomizu-dera area bus-stop name is Gojo--zaka.

From the Kiyomizu-dera we have a walking path north up to Yasaka shrine which is quite close to the HANAMI-KO--JI area the old style area where still Maiko-sans are on their business.

for the third day and later than that, I think you must wait the responce from GC3 and UJI.

Good luck!
