Hi, There are 2 services a day between Kirishima Jingu Sta. and Ebino Kogen. The line is ''Kirishima-Renzan Shuyu Bus'' (Round trip bus in the Kirishima Mountain Range),operated by Iwasaki Bus. Sta. 8:00am/10:20am -- Kirishima Jingu(Shrine)8:13/10:33--Ebino Kogen 9:06/11:26 Ebino Kogen 13:00/15:30-- Sta. 14:06/16:36 Link (Japanese Only) http://kirishimakankou.com/modules/page/index.php?content_id=34There seems to be a one day ticket (JPY1000) in the Kirishima City area. (no full informations on the web) Please note that the bus services will be affected by the volcanic activities of Mt.Shinmoe. Have a nice trip.

Hi, any idea how much it costs, this bus going through the Iwasaki Hotel up to Ebino Kogen? In the pdf the prices were for the cost from hotel to EK, but no cost appears to be listed for from Kirishimajingu station to hotel...in the revised schedule for 1 Jan 2012 onwards... any idea?

The route and timetable of the Ebino Kogen bus changed after the volcanic level of Shinmoedake was downgraded in July 2012. The bus is now operating twice everyday along the original route. It does not operate via the Iwasaki Hotel anymore. The up-to-date bus network is shown here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e4626.htmlKappa linked to the up-to-date timetable: http://kirishimakankou.com/modules/page/index.php?content_id=34how much it costs, this bus going through the Iwasaki Hotel up to Ebino Kogen? There is no direct bus. You would have to travel via Kirishima Shrine.
