Himawari no Sato in Hokuryu, September

Hi,
I found that this year's Hokuryu-cho Sunflower Festival will be on 21 July 2012 to 25 August 2012. However my travel time is in September - 11th Sept to 19th Sept.
May I know if there will still be any sunflower blooming and if the garden will still be open after the festival?

You can take a look in the following webpage about last year blooming condition. There were still some around during late Aug but by early Sept all were gone.
