Tickets for Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route

We are travelling from Shinano-Omachi to Toyama in October. I understand we must buy first a bus ticket then main ticket in Ogizawa.
1. Can we use a credit card to buy main ticket in Ogizawa?
2. We are staying the previous night in Matsumoto.
Can we buy a ticket somewhere in Matsumoto?

I'm not sure. but acording to website in Japanese,
you can't use a creit card at the ticket stand in Ogisawa St.
if you get on a cable car from Tateyama to Ogisawa , you can reserb on website with using a credit card.

you mean a bus ticket to Ogimachi?
I checked out but I could'nt find website in English.
You can buy a bus ticket in Matsumoto.
but many places including comission sale shops.

you may get these information using keyword "access-shinshu" or "alpico", "アルピコ"
...but this is written in only Japanese.

Thank you for your effort.
We are trying to prepare for how much cash we need to have as it seems many places in Japan do not accept credit cards and this ticket is quite expensive.
But as long as we know the situation we can be sure to have enough cash when we arrive.

Based on that, you should be able to buy the ticket at the JR Matsumoto station.
