Hi I will be traveling to Kyushu in November. When I check hyperdia for Hakata to Yufuin no YUFUIN NO MORI come up. Does it mean that YUFUIN NO MORI does not run in November?

No, the Yufuin no Mori WILL be running in November! Timetables are not published for more than 3-4 months in advance, and Hyperdia may come up with strange results if you look up future dates.
Just look up dates in the near future. The timetables are unlikely to change.
The Yufuin no Mori, by the way, was not running regularly for the last few weeks because of damage by rain falls, however, regular operation will resume this Tuesday (August 28).
