We will be in Sapporo in Dec 2012, can we still buy the Sapporo Otaru Welcome Pass ?

Yes, it is available around the year, and I have not heard of plans to discontinue it. Have you?

Thanks Uji. We checked with our local JTB and they thought it could have been discontinued and told us to find out further.

I cannot find any information that hints towards the pass being discontinued. I think you can safely assume that it will be available this winter.
