Skiing in Hakuba early December

I am going to Japan on the 9th of December, and I would love to ski, Is anyone recommend Hakuba or is too early? Any suggestion where to go for few days of skiing, not too far from Tokyo?

Hum, unfortunately, it is probably too early to ski in Hakuba or near Tokyo.
You should go to Hokkaido or North part of Japan like Yamagata-Prefecture for skiing.
