How do I get from Shinagawa Station to Hamamatsucho Station? I have Japan rail Pass.

The Tokyo Prince has free shuttle from in front of North Exit of Hamamatsucho Station every 30 minutes. It's a long walk with luggage so take a taxi if you have to wait long for the next shuttle.
The Tokyo Prince is a dump, though. I'd cancel the reservation and look for another hotel....

What???? We stayed at the Tokyo Prince about 6 years ago and it was very nice. What happened?
