I have Exchange Order & I arrive @Shin Yokohama ~7:30 AM.
Quiz#1 : This station is open 5:30 AM. I can receive JR Rail Pass and reserve seat at this station? (I don't sure "JR-CENTRAL Ticket Office" can receive and/or reserve seat!!)

Quiz#2 : This station have baggage locker ? (What size ?) Incase locker is emply, Where have locker to use ?

I assume you mean full. Maybe take your luggage to the next station? Probably not likely to be too full I think.
