Is there anyone can advise me whether how to utilize my JR pass to go Nagano from Takayama please.
You can travel via Toyama/Naoetsu or via Minoota/Tajimi or via Nagoya as shown by Hyperdia.
Can I use LTD. EXP HAKUTAKA 13 with my JR Pass?
Yes, rail pass holders can use the Hakutaka between Toyama and Naoetsu, but it cannot be used beyond Naoetsu, which is okay, because you would not go beyond Naoetsu.
