Regarding ski resort

1)I'm a bit confused with the pricing system at these ski resorts. If I purchase a half day lift pass, do I still have to purchase a gondola pass separately?

For example if I want to go and ski in Gala for half a day, do I pay 1200 yen (for gondola) and also 2900 yen (for the lifts)separately? Or the lift pass itself includes the gondola?

2)What is the size of the largest locker in Gala/HakubaGoryu/HappoOne? If I have oversized luggage that can't fit into the locker, is there a luggage counter for me to drop my luggage? The reason is because I might not stay at the resort but passing by enroute to another place and continue my journey after playing for half a day. Hence, I'll be carrying my luggage along.

I have been to Goryu and the lift ticket charge is for all the lifts on the mountain, including the gondola, which goes about halfway up.
