You are mixing up trains and train lines. The Access Express is the name of a train that operates from Narita Airport via the Narita Sky Access Line, Keisei Oshiage Line, Asakusa Subway Line and Keikyu Main and Airport Line to Haneda Airport.

The Keisei Main Line is an alternative, slower line to the Narita Sky Access Line.

What can be confusing is that not all Access Express trains run via Keisei Oshiage Line.
The name "Access Express" indicates that the train takes Narita SKY ACCESS Line between Narita Airport Station in Terminal 1 and (Keisei) Takasago Station.

Among Access Express trains now departing from Narita Airport,
trains destined to Ueno continue (after Takasago) onto Keisei Main Line until Keisei Ueno,
and the other trains continue (after Takasago) onto Keisei Oshiage Line.
The latter trains continue (after Oshiage) onto Toei subway Asakusa Line and stop at Asakusa; some of them further continue on Keikyu lines until Haneda Airport Domestic Terminal.
