How to go by bus between Sukumo Port Kochi to Tokushima Ferry Terminal?

I want to know about bus to go to Tokushima Ferry Terminal
I started from Sukumo kochi.

No bus to Tokushima.

From port to Sukumo sta by local bus(or 10min walk)
