Is there any bus from Kawaguchiko Station to Shin-fuji Station? If yes, what bus should I take? Is there other alternative to Shin-fuji Station from Kawaguchiko?

Yes, there are direct buses every two hours or so. The one way trip takes two hours and costs 2360 yen. Here is the timetable in Japanese:
