I'm trying to decide which is the better transport from Gotemba premium outlet to Gora station, by train or by bus? Any idea how long it takes from Gotemba to Gora on different transport? Thanks!

Train is not an option unless you are willing to make a huge detour. By far the easiest is the direct bus. Here are departure times from the outlet mall:

The bus ride takes about 50 minutes.
