Hello, if I make a day trip from Nagoya to Shima Peninsula using JR Aozara pass, do I have to pay an additional fee since the JR train is operating on another operator's railway track.
In addition, for the same journey, if I travel using Seishun Kippu, do I pay a total additional fee of 980yen (490 yen x 2 for return trip)?
Many thanks!

Yes to both. You pay cash to the conductor on train when he comes around to check your pass.

Thanks very much amazinga! I found a japanese website on JR Aozara pass but it's in Japanese. I have limited understanding in the language but I found one of the terms which seems to mean that additional fee is not needed. Can you or anyone who knows Japanese advise me pls? Many thanks.
