Failed in akiba today (yodobashi and labi didn't have anything midday), one of the small stores had at least 6 on sale for 39000 yen so you know where all the stock is going!

Yodobashi at Kyoto Station has stocked up! Approximately 40-60 Switch in both colours still available. But do not forget to bring your passport, if you want to buy it taxfree. :)

I have look high and low for it, but it's out of stock everywhere. To try my luck I get my Japanese airbnb host to secure one for me.

She made a call to akihabara yodabashi store and found out there are available sets there. I rushed down and was told it was out of stock. My host called them to complain and negotiate. She manged to secure a set for me. I think they gave her a set for tomorrow balloting.

So here I am an owner of a switch. A tourist queuing behind me while making payment is so jealous looking at my switch.

Kyoto yodobashi yesterday sold out. Tokyo yodobashi sold out going to shinjuku to see. Tough luck

Just bought 2 form labi 自由が丘. @11:00 am local time. still few on the stock(Plz ask staff directly). wish u all have good luck.

got a black one in labi tokyo station around 10:45
after no success at 10am in bic/labi/yodobashi shinjuku (3chome side)

still the switch I got apparently was a return (unsealed) and dock is quite a bit bent and
will definitely hurt the screen :/

Switches were just restocked at yobaiyodobashi akiba! i came to check around 2, they weren't there, looked around some more, then came back at 3pm and there's still some switches left! grey and red/blue
they cost a litttle more tho
