I work in Japan and I was thinking about buying a drone, I was told I can use it on base at the park but no one had any info about offbase use, I will check with our saftey office today

I know for on base, you can check with the mwr; if they have a field, then you should be able to fly there. I think you have to get your time approved by mwr.
