Hi Frog1954,
I am just back from Kyushu and it was a great trip.
Thanks for all the advice which you have given me which made my planning so much easier !
The coastal drive along Nichinan was scenic and the weather was good.. also enjoyed the somen nagashi, etc. The trip was fanastic.
