× How was it?

A small canal, named Seto River and inhabited by many carps, runs through the nicely preserved old town of Furukawa. Along its most picturesque section, the canal is lined by old store houses with white walls (shirakabe dozo). The Takumikan Craft Museum is located at one end of the canal, in the Festival Square.

Get There and Around

The canal area can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot from the station.
