Is it possible to have 2 Internet providers in 1 apartment in Japan? For example, 1 internet provider goes through the cable line and another through DSL (phone) line.

I think it would be possible, but it depends a little on your particular apartment, what wiring is already in place, and what they will let you install. Just curious, why would you want to have two isps for the same apartment?
