Single Byte Katakana at Eplus

I am trying to register at eplus but it can't accept the katakana of my name that I was pasting. It said that it is single byte katakana. Does anyone know how to do this correctly?

Maybe ｱｲｳｴｵ is single byte.
You may want to change it to アイウエオ.
If you can't, send me your single byte name.
