Hello Was wondering if this sentence made sense:
Undou suru toki wa, karada wo ugokasu bakari de naku, kinniku wo kitaeru koto ga jyuuyou nandesu.

Hi, it's correct in grammar.
When you take exercise, it's not only moving your own body, but developing your muscles is important.
To add "tan'ni"(simply), "muyamini"(at random) is more better, I think? - tan'ni karada wo ugokasu bakari de naku... - muyamini karada wo ugokasu bakari de naku...
