Just 2 days ago I bought something from Rakuten. Seller inform me that there is problem with the Credit card payment & asked me to pay with paypal. I called my credit card bank but they said the payment had been approved already. I email the seller to inform them about it & seller reply back. But I dont quiet get what it means...

ペイパルに変更されていますので、支払をお願いします。 You changed into paying in paypal, so please complete your payment.
