Can someone translate this page? http://vpc.lifecard.co.jp/I'm mainly wonder: -do you have to register these cards or can I use it immediately? -does the unused value decrease every month? -what amounts are these cards sold in? I only need it to pay for Amazon Prime.

It's a "prepaid" card, not a credit card.
- You have to create your account online with V PRECA. - If you don't use it for over three months, they deduct 125 yen as account maintenance fee. (Upon initial purchase, there is a 200 yen purchase fee.) - They come in 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 yen. Valid for one year, you cannot top up the amount.

Thanks AK. I understand that this card is prepaid, but it can be used wherever VISA is accepted right?
