Can someone help me to translate some titles?

I'm translating a text from Japanese to English but have hard time translating these titles. These are members of an organization. I would really appreciate if someone whose fluent in both languages could suggest some english translations, as I'm not native english speaker and just do not know what these titles are in English. Not being familiar with organizational structure doesn't help.

- 代表理事
- 副代表理事
- 理事
- 監事

Here's what I got with the help of dictionaries, but I'm not sure if they make any sense, so if anyone has suggestions...

-Representative of board of directors
-Vice Representative of board of directors
-Board of directors
-Supervisor

Google translate gives:
- CEO
- Deputy Director
- Director
- Auditor

Although looking at it. It doesnt seem right that it has Deputy Director above Director :)

This is not a business organization, so CEO seems a bit off. Maybe I'll just go with "representative director" or something. Google Translate seems to pick one of the multiple translations for the word, for example the dictionary I use lists auditor/controller/supervisor/inspector/manager as possible translations for 監事.
