I'll be travelling to Japan soon and would really appreciate if you can help me to translate:

mussels"

and for my work:

"We are two journalists from Germany."

watashitachi wa doitsu kara no jyanorisuto ga ni nin imasu.

I'm unsure what the seafoods mean...

I can't eat these because of allergy.

But I am not confident, there is 貝(shellfish) written already, and then add ムール貝(mussels) in particular.
In Japanese, it's a bit unnatural.

If you speak a bit easier,
"We came from Germany. Journalists."
watashi-tachi wa doitsu kara kimashita.
jaanarisuto desu.
