Take a look in the musical instrument store area in Tokyo.
Get out west end of JR Ochanomizu Station (two stops from Tokyo Station on JR Chuo line)
Walk down the hill, there are maybe 30 shops.

Are the shops in ochanomizu area vintage and used shops? I heard that the JV guitars in Japan are found in recycle shops

It depends on what kind of JV guitars you want.
If you want mint JV guitars, you should look for them in the used instruments shop in Ochanomizu or Shibuya or Shinjyuku.
But of course you can find JV guitars in recycle shop. In Japan, "Hard Off" is the best known recycle shop. But if you can't restore instruments, I don't think it's a good idea.
