Japanese onversation opportunities in Osaka

Now that I have my days completely free before I return home I want to take this opportunity to speak with Japanese people as much as possible to practice Japanese. I can do this on weekends and evenings after friends after they finish work but during the daytime I can't.
Therefore does anybody know of any places where I can speak with Japanese people all day in Osaka? Any specialist cafes, groups, classes etc?

I thought that typically people all around the world go to parks to do that.
But if you're looking for lessons, why not contact your local ward office (kuyakusho) or city hall (shiyakusho) for details.

I tried that but they only offer structured classes on a weekly basis for two hours a week.
I am not really looking for classes. Rather, I would like to find somewhere where I can just practise speaking in Japanese for a few hours during the daytime.

You can put an ad at the friends section of this website and, with a bit of luck, you can get someone

Why not go to a bath house (sento)? It's impossible not to get engaged in a conversation there.
