Hello! I will visited Tokyo Kyoto Nara Osaka. I like soy milk and soy pudding very much so can you suggest the place the shop or the location of the best Tonyu(Soy milk) and soy pudding please.

Gooday. We had some brilliant ones at Hakone and since then have tried a few different recipes. My missus makes them using this recipe, though she doesnt do the apricot compote. Last time she doubled the mixture but forgot to double the gelatine and the texture was perfect.
