Names are usually transliterated (as opposed to translated) into Japanese, but since her name consists of initials it would simply remain KV in romaji. I suppose you could also write it out in katakana too if you prefer although I think some of the meaning might be "lost in translation".

There really isn't a proper way to translate KV. I mean, you can sound it out with katakana but then I think the best it would come out to would sound like 'kyabi' in English. There is no V sound in Japanese and with K's there is only the ka, ki, ku, ke, ko, kyu, kyo, kya soundings.
