i need a name translation into japanese

hey my friends name is KV she wants to get a tattoo done in japanese...how is her name tranlated in japanese..please..this is for tattoo

Names are usually transliterated (as opposed to translated) into Japanese, but since her name consists of initials it would simply remain KV in romaji. I suppose you could also write it out in katakana too if you prefer although I think some of the meaning might be "lost in translation".

There really isn't a proper way to translate KV. I mean, you can sound it out with katakana but then I think the best it would come out to would sound like 'kyabi' in English. There is no V sound in Japanese and with K's there is only the ka, ki, ku, ke, ko, kyu, kyo, kya soundings.
