Hi , just ask, my brother is disabled person ( he sit down with a weelchair ) , have 2 questions ?

can he come with me to the trains or any transportation ?
Is there staff ( special services ) in narita airport for his situation ?

As a matter of course, station staffs will support to get into and out of the train like this, I think.
