sunflower oil (not particularly common)

cumin seeds (some store only carry ground cumin)
クミン

fresh red chilli (Japanese chilis are usually sold dried but can be found fresh, other chili are difficult to find, especially fresh)

spring onion
ねぎ (but that may not be what you're looking for depending on what you call a spring onion)

garlic (clove)

fresh coriander (can be difficult to find)

spinach puree (easy to find in Japan??)
Never seen puree, maybe you can make your own.

Fresh spinach
Fresh spinach is easy to find in winter, however it may be different from what you are used to.

beetroot (fresh or tinned)

"Cumin powder/ground cumin" would be written

spring onion - which kind you want? Can you post a link to a photo or something? There are a few different types that are readily available in Japan.

spinach puree - I don't think this is readily available in Japan, maybe except for baby food. If you are thinking of spinach curry, that's something we make using food blender/processor at home.
