snow corridor in Tateyama alpine route

I plan to visit Tateyama on early november this year.
From the official website of Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route, it stated that full route is open untill 30th november. But the snow corridor is open from April till mAy
Does it mean I can't enter the snow corridor in November?

It only starts snowing around October. By Novemeber, not enough snow accumulates for a corridor to be created. There will probably be "only" a couple of meters. It won't be until towards the end of winter, that huge enough amounts of snow have accumulated, that the corridor can be created.

owh..i thought by November its going to start with heavy snow so that they will close the corridor..but can we still enjoy the snow at the top of Tateyama mt?

There will be too much snow to climb to the top of Mount Tateyama. But there should be a lot to snow to look at around Murodo.
