english to japanese name

Hi all

I am tempted to have my new born daughters name done as a tattoo in japanese but dont want anything that wouldnt make sence. Her name is Fiona and found this online

and could i incorparate 13 or 2013 for the year of birth into it

Fiona = フィオナ
It sounds 「フィオーナ」 but I like 「フィオナ」 better.
