selected shops of camera shop Kitamura(Camera no Kitamura).
If the shop does not sell used cameras, ask their staff which shops of Kitamura sell used cameras.
I don't even know where you are in Sapporo.

What kind of stuff are you looking for? Film, digital, lenses, particular brands?
I found a few different shops around the downtown area where all the tourists are, but its mostly older film cameras. There's also a large Bic Camera there. I'm not sure if they have a used camera section, but some Bic Camera's do.
