Fujiya camera near Nakano Broadway probably has the best prices and selection in Tokyo.

You may check a classic "Yodobashi Camera". Thay have interesting "trade-in" options and maybe give a you good deal on used cameras. Give it a try, it wouldn't hurt to ask.
