If I would like to say "gone through/look at/viewed" some policy or term and condition, do I say (something)を見つけました or 読みました?
IS there a specific words of saying viewing such thing?

"mitsukemashita" would be "I found it/discovered it," so "yomimashita" (I read it) would be the right way to go.
If you need to say "I've read and agree (to the terms & conditions)" you might want to say "yonde, ryoushou shimashita." 了承します is like acknowledge/agree.

I agree with AK san.
but we could say "読みました" / I have read or I read
But it doesn't mean you (have) agreed.
