Recommended places for these foods?

Hi all, I would be within Tokyo with a friend. We are based in Ikebukuro and while I generally have an idea of where to go, I thought I would ask anyway. Note that I would prefer somewhere that has English menu, or at least a picture-aided menu, budget is generally below 2500yen per person, but willing to go higher if needed.
Sushi-ya/kaiten zushi: I remembered there was one in West Ikebukuro that offered a flat rate of 100 yen (or somewhere around this price) per serving. Anybody recalls this, or can give a better suggestion?
Ramen: Still unsure where to go for this.
Yakitori: I don't recall seeing any Yakitori-ya on my previous trip, except to have them ordered separately at certain izakayas. Any recommendations?
Tempura: Totally no idea where to go for this.
A general description of where the recommended place to go will be very much appreciated!

Here are a few ideas for local Ikebukuro restaurants: http://bento.com/ra-ike.htmlKeishoan (listed in that link) is quite nice for yakitori. It's located in a restaurant complex with a lot of other good budget-friendly restaurants, maybe twenty or so, so it's worth wandering around there to see what interests you. For tempura I'd recommend Tsunahachi, either the main branch ( http://bento.com/rev/0654.html ) or the less expensive branch in Shinjuku Takashimaya. Another Ikebukuro favorite spot of mine is Rikyu ( http://bento.com/rev/3532.html ), which serves quite delectable beef tongue dishes from Sendai.

Some of the recommended places:
Tokyo's Central Wholesale Market Katsu.. known as Ginza..best restaurants, Isen Toufuya-Ukai. Near the foot of the Eiffel Tower–like Tokyo Tower. Tempura: Before Ginza became the epicenter of Western brands, it was the epicenter of Eastern tempura.
