The kanji for my chinese name is 杉i. My english name is Regina. I'm curious because I wonder what my chinese name sounds like since Regina is basically the same in katakana.

Please be notified. Even if the same Kanji letter, Japanese pronunciation@is different from that of Chinese
probably =family name i=first name
杉i=TAN EION EION is pronaunced as EI-ON, two syllables.
=TAN this chinese letter is not used commonly in Japan.
i=EI the meaning is forver, long-life.
=ON the meaning is a favor, kindness.
