Konnichiwa!

I have a course book just in Japanese and it is exactly like this:

Sushi ga taberaremasu.
Densha no naka de neraremasen.

Then it says: ''reigai'' and under that there are sentences

Afurika de miraremasu.
Hayaku okiraremasen.

Reigai means exception, right? So what is the exception in last two sentences??

Im confused, tasukete kudasai.

I generally do not use rare-masu, because of sometime inpolite and confusing.

taberaremasu friends
taberu koto ga dekimasu polite much better
taberemasu wrong usage unsophisticated
tabereru wrong usage unsophisticated

(watashi ha)sushi wo taberu koto ga dekimasu.

"ga" "ha" follows after the subject.
"wo" follows after the object.
sushi ga taberu ????
watashiga sushi wo taberu.
sushi ga taberareru.
sushi can be eaten by me.
sushi is eatable for me.
I can eat sushi.

"rareru" has two meanings
one is "can, be able to"
another is "passive verb"

If you use ''masu'',

sushi wo taberu koto ga dekimasu
densha no naka deha neraremasen
densha no naka deha neru koto ga dekimasen

Afurika de miraremasu.
this sentense is somethig strange.
can see xxxx in Africa.
afurika de miru koto ga dekimasu.

hayaku ha okiraremasen
hayakuokiru koto ga dekimasen

For exsample
Sushi ga taberaremasu.
(you/I/he/she/they) can eat Sushi.
Densha no naka de neraremasen.
(you/I/he/she/they) can not sleep on the train.

Afurika de miraremasu.
(you/I/he/she/they) can see/watch in Africa.
Hayaku okiraremasen.
(you/I/he/she/they) can not get up early.
what is the exception in last two sentences??
These sentences looks missing object.

The original poster is wondering what is "exception" about the last two sentences, that is the question :) I don't know the answer either...

upper letter is i, 上一段
lower letter is e, 下一段

groupII has two, 上一段、下一段
groupIII has two, カ変、サ変
