Kanji symbol translate badly needed

I need a translate of a Kanji symbol, I tried to find it myself but no success :( pls if someone can help me. It is very important.

Thank goodness it's "meant to be" on a tattoo and it isn't yet. Just forget about it. It doesn't mean anything and it looks dumb.

It looks to me as 2 number seven. The top one a true seven, the lower one a fancier form..
