Where to buy canned helium?

I'm planning to do a photoshoot with balloons in Tokyo, and I realized I can't bring canned helium over by plane.
Is there any place in Tokyo selling canned helium? I don't need much, just enough to inflate 3-4 regular balloons.
What are the prices like where they're sold?

Tokyu Hands and Loft stores sell canned helium, but if I recall correctly, it is intended for use with foil balloons only, and does not have sufficient pressure to inflate regular rubber balloons. For that, you might need to get a larger cylinder of compressed helium.
And is there anywhere we can see some of the photos you've taken on all the photo shoots you periodically ask questions about here?
