so i have a german iphone with a docomo contract. i can't have a docomo mail because i've bought it in germany.
and i can't do age verification because of that.
now i can't add somebody on the app Line and nobodoy can add me.
thank you docomo -_-
is there another way to do that?

Go to add friends and use email. You should get a qr code and short url to add. If you find an easier way let me know. They lock everything down in Japan.

Install Line Desktop application in Windows PC. You can use the desktop version to add friends.
